Home Fellowship – The Place of Togetherness

{Home Fellowship – The Place of Togetherness} - cswisdom.com

A while ago I had stopped going to Christian churches and when I finally decided to go back I found a Messianic Jewish fellowship to attend. Through different circumstances I had to stop attending that one also. So for a long while I attended internet “fellowships” and started following various teachers. But let’s be honest. […]

War Room – The Place of Prayer

{War Room – The Place of Prayer} - www.cswisdom.com

For a while now I had been asking God about our relationship, about how it used to be and how it is now. I wanted that closeness again. So last week I was on Facebook and saw a post by a friend of mine. It intrigued me, but I didn’t know what she was talking […]

What was the Real Heart of the Matter in Hannah’s Story?

The Heart of the Matter - www.cswisdom.com

I love the story of Hannah because she showed strength and courage. This story is more than a story about a barren woman who wanted children. Yes, she did want children, but her hurt was deeper than that. Every year she made her way to the house of God to give her offering in spite […]

Yahweh, Keep Me from Evil – Psalm 141

Psalm 141: Yahweh, Keep Me from Evil - cswisdom.com

Psalm 141 is a psalm of David, which reads more like a prayer. Like him, I am asking Father God to set guard over my mouth, keep me from being enticed to do what is evil in His eye sight, and allow those who are following Him to rebuke me if I need it. Once […]

Yahweh, Have Mercy and Help Me

July 30, 2011 By Dawn Leave a Comment

Psalm 123 and 121 are songs of ascents. One meaning of ascent is “a movement or return toward a source or beginning.” In these psalms David is asking his God, who is in heaven, to have mercy on him and to help him. David is moving toward the Great God of Heaven – Yahweh Elohim. […]

Give Me Understanding

May 21, 2011 By Dawn Leave a Comment

The following passages are taken from Psalms 119:73, 33-40, 9-16 in the CJB version. This is the longest Psalm and it is divided by each letter of the Hebrew Alphabet. The two major sections are taken from Heh and Bet. Give Me Understanding Your hands made and formed me; give me understanding so I can […]

Heal Me Yahweh

May 14, 2011 By Dawn Leave a Comment

My Father who is in heaven, Holy is your name, Yahweh Elohim. To you and you alone do I come to in my hour of need. Only you have the final say so in my life. There is no one higher than you, no one greater than you, no one more powerful than you. There […]

Yahweh, Hear My Prayer – Psalm 143

April 23, 2011 By Dawn 2 Comments

Psalm 143: Yahweh, Hear My Prayer - cswisdom.com

Yahweh, hear my prayer; listen to my pleas for mercy. In your faithfulness, answer me, and in your righteousness. Don’t bring your servant to trial, since in your sight no one alive would be considered righteous. I remember the days of old, reflecting on all your deeds, thinking about the work of your hands. I […]

I Trust, Commit and Rest in You Yahweh

January 10, 2011 By Dawn 2 Comments

God tells us to meditate on his scriptures day and night. This section of scripture is good to say on a daily basis. It will renew your mind. So speak out loud for your ears to hear and feel it in your heart. I Trust, Commit and Rest in You Yahweh My Heavenly Father, holy […]

Hello, My Name is Dawn

I started this blog to encourage the people of God to seek Him first, to love Him more, to trust Him more, and to love His people without conditions and without prejudices.

There are so many people hurting that it breaks my heart. I want people to know that God loves them. He cares for them and is concerned about every aspect of their lives. This is the reason why Jesus came – to heal, to deliver, to restore, to set free, and to preach about the favor of Yahweh, our Father.
