God I Honor You
Proverbs 3:9 talks about honoring God with everything you have and with what will come forth later. This lets us know that we should honor God on a regular basis and think about how we can honor Him in the future based on our wealth experience.
“Honor YHWH with your wealth and with the first fruits of all your produce.” – Proverbs 3:9
Below are several ways we can honor God in giving out of our wealth experience.
Produce Experience
If you have a garden or farm you can honor God by giving away a portion of your produce to those in need. Or you can create something delicious with it and then give it away.

Another way you can give is by teaching someone how to start a garden and make it prosperous for them to eat and to give away a portion.
Maybe between you and those you teach y’all can bring your food together to help more people at one time.
If you know how to store food for a long time you can teach them that or how to cook from scratch so the food bill can be lowered.
Job Experience
If you have a job then you can honor God by giving a portion of your income to someone in need so that person can buy medicine or pay a bill. Who knows it might help them stay in their home.
Maybe you can help them get a job where you work or some other place you might have heard about.
Maybe you can teach them a skill to help them get a job.
You can support an organization that helps someone else that’s been sick, abused, or homeless.
Business Experience
If you have a successful business, maybe now is the time to hire more people. If you can’t find qualified people, you can put them through a training program to increase their skillset.
You can setup a program or give to a program that helps people increase their skills to give them a chance at a better job.
You can give to organizations that help the less fortunate or the abused.
Honor God with Wealth
There are so many ways we can honor God through our wealth and first fruits. All we have to do is ask Him where He wants us to give because He put us on this earth to be a help to one another.
Wealth isn’t just for us and our family. It’s to help other people. It’s to pay it forward and let God give the increase. Any way we can give based on our wealth experience is a help.
