When we praise God we acknowledge who He is and what He has done. This song shows how everything exists because of God. He spoke and everything was created. He placed us in all of His beauty. Unfortunately, we messed it up, but He still loves us and wants us with Him. So He sent His only begotten Son to offer himself up on our behalf. Now we who belong to Him should obey, and praise and worship Him like all of His other creations. If the stars, moon, trees, animals on land and in the waters obey Him, so should we.
