Why Should I Be Afraid? (Song) by Paul Wilbur

There is nothing man can do to us to make us afraid to serve our Elohim. We shouldn’t be afraid because YHWH is our protector. We should be so convinced in our spirits that if our lives were threaten we would not be afraid to die because to be absent in the body is to be present with YHWH. Let’s shout today to the world, “Why should I be afraid? YHWH is my help in times of trouble. Why should I be afraid? He will hide me in His sanctuary in the day of war. And I will stand and see the victory for the battle belongs to YHWH!”

Why Should I Be Afraid Lyrics

The Lord is my light and my salvation why should I be afraid*
Whoa whoa oh
The Lord is my strength and my strong tower why should I be afraid
Whoa whoa oh
He will hide me in His sanctuary in the day of war
And I will stand and see the victory for the battle is the Lord’s
Oh oh oh

The Lord is my help in times of trouble why should I be afraid
Whoa whoa oh
He will hide me in His sanctuary in the day of war
And I will stand and see the victory for the battle is the Lord’s
Oh oh oh

And high above my enemies I’ll stand and shout the victory
Oh oh oh
Oh oh oh

  1. Thank you for your posting of 3-2. Was too busy to open it until today; but apparently by divine guidance. It is exactly what I needed to hear after a difficult customer was demanding that I work on the Sabbath. I was afraid, but still elected to honor Yahweh and the Sabbath, even tough the customer has more or less extorted over 600 dollars from me knowing I am already several hundred dollars into this job I am doing for him. But, as stated, nothing man can do to me can make me afraid to serve Yahweh. I am not afraid anymore. Even if I don’t get paid at all. Please pray for me to be strengthened enough to be forgiving towards this customer, and again, thank you. 🙂

    1. Oh my goodness. You are very welcome. I will certainly pray for you. God will take care of you. He always do. You can’t honor Him and not be blessed. What type of work do you do? I am going to pray God will send you grateful honorable customers who appreciates your work and will work with you instead of against you. Read Proverbs. It talks a lot about business and being diligent and how the diligent gets their heart’s desire. Be blessed.
