The Lord is Worthy to be Honored
“But YHWH of hosts, Him you shall honor as holy. Let Him be your fear, and let Him be your dread.” – Isaiah 8:13
Our Father, who is in heaven, is the Head of a great army. He sits on a throne that can’t be demolish or taken from Him. He is one of a kind and set apart from all other beings. That’s why we must honor Him as holy.
No one can take His place. No one can push Him off or deceive Him to give up His throne. This is why He should have our reverence, our loyalty, our friendship. No one compares to Him.
He is the one we tremble before. He is the one who can destroy both soul and body unlike the enemy who can only decimate your body.
Let YHWH Elohim be the one you look up to, the one you bow to, the one you reverence, love, and obey.
Honor Him today through your actions, your faith, and your obedience.
