The Meek Inherits the Land
Today’s scripture verses come from Matthew 5:5 and Psalm 37:11 as the New Testament quotes the Old Testament. These scriptures describe the meek inheriting the land and receiving peace.
Matthew 5:5 says, “How blessed are the meek! For they will inherit the Land!”
Psalm 37:11 says, “But the meek will inherit the land and delight themselves in abundant peace.”
