If there was ever a year to fall on our faces, bow low, and cry out to God Almighty Most High for mercy, this is the year. Our lives, all over the world, have been turned upside down. Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, calls Us to Repent Now for Ourselves and the Sins of the Nation Before We are Brought to Destruction
Yom Kippur is a day of fasting and intensive prayer, crying out for mercy from the Great I AM, acknowledging our sins as well as the sins of our nation. This is the time to repent. Repent for your sins, your family’s sins, your city’s sins, your state’s sin, your nation’s sins, and the world’s sins.
