The World Becomes Dark
Today’s quotes come from Mark 13:24-25 and Isaiah 13:10. These scriptures describe what will happen in the end of days after distress of tribulation. The sun grows dark when it rises. The moon stops shining so nighttime is darker. The stars’ light goes out and falls from the sky. It looks like total darkness has owned the day and night. The powers in heaven are shaken.
Mark 13:24-25 says, “In those days, after that trouble, the sun will grow dark, the moon will stop shining, 25the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers in heaven will be shaken.”
This doesn’t sound like a great time. The fact this verse was restated in Yeshua’s time should bring us to repentance. He let us know this will happen.
Isaiah 13:10 says, “For the stars, the constellations in the sky, will no longer give their light; the sun will be dark when it rises; and the moon will no longer shine.”
Now is the time to draw closer to God, learn His voice, and follow Yeshua’s example in honoring our Father who is in heaven. Let us become the light the world is going to need soon.
