Worship – Behind the Veil by miYah

March 2, 2013 By Dawn 3 Comments

There’s nothing more wonderful in the world than to be in the presence of the Almighty Elohim, the Creator of the universe. There was a time when only the high priest could go behind the veil and commune with the Father. Then Yeshua came and tore the veil in half so that anyone who comes to him can come to the Father directly. What an awesome privilege it is to be able to do this!

Behind the Veil miYah

Yet, so many of us do not take the time out of our busy schedules to take advantage of this great privilege. It’s like paying for an expensive country club, but never partaking of any of its benefits. How crazy would that be? How crazy is it for us to have this great privilege and never use it or use it only once in awhile.

While it is Shabbat let’s take time to sit in his presence and worship at his feet. Let’s bow low before our Maker, the Elohim of all gods. He deserves our worship and we are privileged to have a place to go to rest. Shabbat Shalom.

Song: “Worship – Behind the Veil.” Artist: miYah.

Worship – Behind the Veil Lyrics

There’s a space that I know
There’s a place that I go
To seek Your face, to hear Your voice, to heal my soul

And the world fades away
When I go behind the veil
When I go – Behind the veil

There’s a time when I can see – Eternity
There’s a time when I can be – Eternally
Seeking Your face, Hearing Your voice, Healing my soul

And the world fades away
When I go behind the veil
When I go – Behind the veil

Bridge:

There’s feeling when I kneel
A closeness I feel
A love so real
Behind the veil

Music interlude

There’s a place that I know
There’s a place that I go
Behind the veil

Scripture Reference

Therefore, when God wanted to demonstrate still more convincingly the unchangeable character of his intentions to those who were to receive what he had promised, he added an oath to the promise; so that through two unchangeable things, in neither of which God could lie, we, who have fled to take a firm hold on the hope set before us, would be strongly encouraged. We have this hope as a sure and safe anchor for ourselves, a hope that goes right on through to what is inside the parokhet (veil), where a forerunner has entered on our behalf, namely, Yeshua, who has become a cohen gadol (high priest) forever, to be compared with Malki-Tzedek. ~ Hebrews 6:14-20 CJB

And the Ruach HaKodesh too bears witness to us; for after saying, “This is the covenant which I will make with them after those days,” says ADONAI: “I will put my Torah on their hearts, and write it on their minds . . . ,” he then adds, “And their sins and their wickednesses I will remember no more.” Now where there is forgiveness for these, an offering for sins is no longer needed. So, brothers, we have confidence to use the way into the Holiest Place opened by the blood of Yeshua. He inaugurated it for us as a new and living way through the parokhet (veil), by means of his flesh. We also have a great cohen (priest) over God’s household. Therefore, let us approach the Holiest Place with a sincere heart, in the full assurance that comes from trusting – with our hearts sprinkled clean from a bad conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us continue holding fast to the hope we acknowledge, without wavering; for the One who made the promise is trustworthy. And let us keep paying attention to one another, in order to spur each other on to love and good deeds, not neglecting our own congregational meetings, as some have made a practice of doing, but, rather, encouraging each other. And let us do this all the more as you see the Day approaching. ~ Hebrews 10:15-25

Daily Bible Verse

For the One we know is the One who said, “Vengeance is my responsibility; I will repay,” and then said, “ADONAI will judge his people.” It is a terrifying thing to fall into the hands of the living God! — Hebrews 10:30-31

Hello, My Name is Dawn

I started this blog to encourage the people of God to seek Him first, to love Him more, to trust Him more, and to love His people without conditions and without prejudices.

There are so many people hurting that it breaks my heart. I want people to know that God loves them. He cares for them and is concerned about every aspect of their lives. This is the reason why Jesus came – to heal, to deliver, to restore, to set free, and to preach about the favor of Yahweh, our Father.
